• Colonial look sashes that both tilt in for easy cleaning
• Push button vent latches (optional) that require little effort to engage
• One piece slopped & stepped sill with no exterior weeps eliminating the risk of caulking over the weeps during installation
• Full width interlock at the meeting rails for added energy efficiency
• Block and tackle balance system with exclusive Flo-Seal gasket
• Decorative cam locks with hidden keepers for added beauty and security (double locks over 32.09" wide)
